Mix all ingredients mentioned for the paratha. Bottle gourd leaves out lot of liquid, Hence first mix everything well and only then add water little by little and knead a semi soft dough. Cover and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add green chilles and garlic paste. Saute and add chopped onions.
After the onions have softened, add the masalas and seasonings. Add chopped tomatoes and saute. Cover and cook until tomatoes have softened and mixture looks homogeneous.
For making parathas take a big lemon sized ball and roll into a circle. Roast using ghee.
Serve immediately with chutney.
